Material Developer (Lab Operator, Material Scientist, or Material Engineer)
Position Summary
Eclosion is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Material Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an inventive material expert who will drive the development and scaling of innovative formulas from lab-scale batches to industrial production. The position is full time and located in Malmö.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent laboratory experiments and maintain meticulous records of all developments.
Refine and develop innovative formulas to meet specific technical requirements for applications.
Successfully scale formula development from laboratory settings to industrial production.
Optimize current production methods and oversee small production charges.
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise as a hands-on, inventive material specialist.
Demonstrated ability to perform independent laboratory work and scale formula development.
Fluency in English is essential.
Must possess confidence in communicating effectively with international clients.
